Public competence development, AI vision
Challenge
How AI could transform public sector competence development learning courses? I designed a chatbot and facilitated two “AI Vision” workshops exploring ambitious futures: AI-powered collaboration across public sector, learning ecosystems that transcend language barriers, and proactive competence forecasting.
Solution
The vision work explored Nordic competitive advantages—high trust in public institutions, strong digital infrastructure, and willingness to share knowledge across borders without competitive concerns.
Impact: Documented a strategic AI vision with recommended action and high-level roadmap. Positioning public sector learning as a living collaborative ecosystem rather than siloed systems, with potential for international expansion.

Background
Public services are costly, slow pace and distributed. Same problems are solved in multiple sectors and teams in each country and language of the Nordics.
