I focused designing the colleague internal system, and prototype to new customer-facing experience. Delivered to WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards within a large-scale, matrixed consulting environment. As a result the new account application process dropped to minutes from months.

Lloyds Bank — Personal Account Service Incubation
Design manager on a service incubation programme using design sprints to define and prototype new personal banking services. Prototyped sprint team finding and designed a project book. User research included customers with accessibility needs, multilingual users and gender-inclusive perspectives — ensuring desirability, feasibility and viability were balanced throughout.

Lloyds Bank — Commercial Account Application Digitalisation
Design lead on an enterprise transformation programme digitalising Lloyds Bank's commercial account application process. I focused designing the colleague internal system, and prototype to new customer-facing experience. Delivered to WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards within a large-scale, matrixed consulting environment. As a result the new account application process dropped to minutes from months.
