Challenge

Service Design Network offers professionals meaningful global connections and knowledge-sharing opportunities, particularly as complexity of design challenges increase. Events offer a unique opportunity for students and professionals to learn and collaborate.

Solution

I visualised events material and marketing for Siili-hosted and global events and initiated and facilitated a global 'Futures Triangle' workshop with a Finnish-American team. The workshop provided practical scenario planning tools whilst building genuine relationships across borders.

Impact

The increasing complexity of service design challenges requires strong global collaboration and cross-cultural perspective sharing. This work strengthened the global service design community through innovative event formats and workshop experiences.
