Terex Situational Awereness
Challenge
Heavy machinery operators face communication gaps between field and support teams, impacting efficiency and safety. The complex digital ecosystem is fragmented and heavy to maintain.
Solution
I designed a situational awareness tool working with app developer and stakeholders. The solution enables immediate on-site issue flagging through images and structured data input, working both offline and online.
I also explored how to visualise the fragmented ecosystem complexity and roadmap towards simplicity.
Impact
Goal was to reduce downtime through streamlined field-to-support communication and improve customer satisfaction and operational transparency throughout Terex's service network.
