Fondia's pioneering Legal Department as a Service (LDaaS) model needed a digital presence to match. Their human-centred approach to legal didn’t translate through their digital service.
Solution
I led the design to reimagine of Fondia’s digital ecosystem, starting with strategic design thinking and brand workshops that aligned business goals, customer needs, and lawyer workflows. The challenge wasn't just aesthetics—it was making complex legal services genuinely accessible whilst maintaining Fondia's human touch.
Impact
Both customer experience and lawyer workflows improved significantly through intuitive digital touchpoints such the 'Legal Health Check' service and later AI lawyer.
